IMPACT PROJECTS
Over the last 20 years, I’ve been driven by a desire to understand the root cause of an issue. This curiosity to continuously look upstream led me to focus on regenerative agriculture and food systems, where I found hope in a model of a regenerative system whereby humans see themselves as a part of nature, rather than trying to control it. The organisations and projects below are a taste of what I have helped to create over the last 15 years.
Sustainable Table
Founded in 2009, Sustainable Table is a not-for-profit organisation regenerating food and farming in Australia from the ground up. Across the country, change makers are working on regenerative solutions to the social and environmental problems we face. Our team works closely with these people to fund their projects, foster collaboration and unlock impact for a thriving future.
Barragunda
Positioned on the rugged eastern tip of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula on the lands of the Boon Wurrung, Barragunda Estate features 1,000 acres of mixed regenerative farming enterprise and native bushland.
We are imperfect yet deeply committed to learning, evolving, and adapting through a practice of listening—to each other and to the land. We recognise that our modern ways weigh heavily on this landscape, so we remain in a constant state of evolution, holding the tension and striving for the elusive delicate balance.
In February 2025 we opened our farm restaurant Barragunda Dining, our way of sharing the story of regeneration and reconnecting eaters with the source of their food.
We are more than a farm—we are a family, a community, a place to gather, and a space to celebrate the simple joys of food.
Climate Zero
Founded in 2009, Climate Zero (formerly Impact Sustainability) provides technology and advisory solutions that help businesses understand and reduce their environmental impact. Our core product is a carbon accounting platform designed to support organisations on their emissions reduction journey. We work with businesses across tourism, construction, property, finance, and professional services—ranging from privately owned enterprises to publicly listed companies with global operations.
The Regenerative Leader
In partnership with Lucy Richards and Marike Knight, we started The Regenerative Leader in 2023. We offer leadership programs, executive coaching and regenerative business strategy for forward-thinkers, heart-led leaders and strategists who want to create healthy futures. Our signature program, The Regenerative Leader is supported by the Morris Family Foundation, providing scholarships to leaders in the NGO sector to regenerative themselves, their teams and organisations.
Enabling Capital
The Morris Family Foundation is a private ancillary fund (PAF) that leverages its capital—both through donations and investments—as a catalyst for regenerating people, organisations, and systems.
Our donations are true gifts, empowering organisations to fulfil their unique role in addressing society’s challenges.
Our investments serve as another form of capital, deployed to support businesses committed to building a regenerative economy.
We approach systems change at the individual, micro, and macro level, directing capital to key leverage points where meaningful and lasting impact is generated.
