Reimagining leadership with compassion, insight, and hope.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been driven by a strong sense of hope and a desire for positive change. I move between NGOs and philanthropy, social enterprise and impact investment – bridging the worlds of fund seekers and fund givers.

ABOUT

“Hayley has a myriad of depth and breadth rarely exhibited by coaches. Not only does she draw upon her own hard-won professional experiences in the fields of investment, sustainable business, and philanthropy, she also draws from a range of disciplines - from adult developmental psychology to systems-thinking and regenerative leadership.

This is all backed-up by Hayley's natural gift for creating well-held spaces for her clients while bringing her empathic intuitive insights to bear.”
