For each engagement, I undertake a conscious design process with you, your team and/or stakeholders that enables creative and systems-changing solutions to emerge.
For Leaders
My studies in coaching are focused on supporting people in their vertical development — essentially, helping adults grow and evolve as individuals. Vertical development shapes how we think and operate, whereas horizontal development focuses on acquiring new skills for what we do.
In my coaching, I draw on my experience working across NGOs, philanthropy, startups, and investment, bridging the worlds of fund seekers and fund givers. This dual perspective, combined with my own inner work, has given me a unique clarity on the challenges, opportunities, and systemic inefficiencies within the systems we navigate.
For Organisations
Through The Regenerative Leader, we deliver leadership programs and business strategy based on our Theory of Change Inner Work for Outer Action. We combine mindfulness based practices with (organisational) living systems theories that support the shift of leadership and operational practices towards new and restorative ways of leading teams and businesses.
For systems-based transformation
I’m lucky to have access to some extremely beautiful, natural and unique places in Australia through our tourism portfolio, Morris Escapes and Barragunda. I have hosted sector groups at these venues to come together and learn, discuss, and build creative solutions and actions towards systematic change. Through the act of coming together in nature, long-lasting relationships and connections are built that have an ongoing, eco-systemic impact.
