Reimagining leadership with compassion, insight, and hope.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been driven by a strong sense of hope and a desire for positive change. I move between NGOs and philanthropy, social enterprise and impact investment – bridging the worlds of fund seekers and fund givers.

ABOUT

“Hayley has a myriad of depth and breadth rarely exhibited by coaches. Not only does she draw upon her own hard-won professional experiences in the fields of investment, sustainable business, and philanthropy, she also draws from a range of disciplines - from adult developmental psychology to systems-thinking and regenerative leadership.

This is all backed-up by Hayley's natural gift for creating well-held spaces for her clients while bringing her empathic intuitive insights to bear.”

– GILES HUTCHINS, EXECUTIVE COACH & AUTHOR OF REGENERATIVE LEADERSHIP

“At a time when our planet needs people to work at a systems level, Hayley works in an incredibly important and unique way – connecting people and capital, coaching and supporting changemakers and holding space for people to listen, learn and collaborate.”

– AMANDA MARTIN OAM, FOUNDER AUSTRALIAN ENVIRONMENTAL GRANTMAKERS NETWORK

EXPERIENCE

My career began at Computershare, the company my father founded, where I worked throughout my late teens and early twenties, gaining business experience across Australia, the U.S., and Europe.

In 2009, I founded Impact Sustainability (now Climate Zero), where I serve as Executive Chair. Climate Zero is a technology platform that helps organisations measure and manage their environmental impact and carbon emissions. That same year, I also co-founded Sustainable Table, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to regenerating food and farming systems in Australia, where I continue as Chair.

As Executive Director of the Morris Family Foundation, I oversee our philanthropic and impact investment strategy, supporting organisations that drive systemic change toward regenerative futures. I am also a Director at Morris Group, our family office, which operates a collection of iconic hospitality and tourism experiences.

My work extends to land stewardship as I manage Barragunda, our regenerative mixed-enterprise farm on the Mornington Peninsula. Barragunda is home to Barragunda Dining, our paddock-to-plate restaurant showcasing regenerative agriculture in action.

Most recently, I contributed to the founding of The Regenerative Leader, delivering leadership programs, executive coaching, and regenerative business strategy. I am also currently completing a Foundational Diploma in Development Coaching, a transformative approach that supports vertical growth in leaders.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a postgraduate qualification in Sustainability.

Above all, I am a wife and mother to three beautiful children—my greatest source of inspiration and personal growth.
